| -None of my art or designs can be used for NFTs, blockchains, AI "art" generators, or anything similar. |
| -Chargebacks on designs mean the design is returned to me and you are blacklisted. Chargebacks on commissions will get you blacklisted and both will end with a public beware. |
| -You MUST credit my designs and artwork. You cannot claim them as your own! |
| -None of my art or designs are F2U unless specifically labelled with "F2U" |
| -Scamming with any of my designs will result in blacklisting and the design/s returning to me. |
| -Once you are blacklisted, you cannot buy, trade for, get gifted, or win any of my designs. Any design of mine that you owned before blacklisting is yours until sold, and after being sold you can no longer own them again unless you are removed from my blacklist. |
| -Trying to go around my blacklist will result in a public beware. |
| -I can and will use any art or designs by me inorder to promote myself. If youd like your art commission excluded for any reason, please ask before you pay. |
| -You are not to alter any of my art for any reason. You may ask me to alter the art, charge depending on the size of the alteration (will speak to you about it and figure out payment) but you may not ask someone else to, or change it yourself. |
| -I can cancel any and all comissions at any moment if I choose to. |
| -I can refuse refunds at anytime for any reason. Most of the time I will refund, but in some cases, I will not be able to do refunds and I can decide when that moment is. |
| -Any and all NSFW will require some sort of government issued identification with all info, but name and birthdate, crossed out |

| -Please provide a clear reference sheet for any commissions. DO NOT give any shaded or rendered images to reference. |
| -Payments are done upfront before I start anything. |
| -Refunds are not an option unless I say otherwise or we speak about it privately. |
| -Any and all chargebacks on comissions mean you are blacklisted. |
| -I understand I can be slow on commissions, but give me time and they will be done! If you want to, do remind me, but trying to remind me everyday/every other day will result in cancellation and possibly blacklisting. |
| -If you need a deadline, a deadline must be agreed upon before payment as the rush may effect the price. |
| -Do not make merchandise of my art to sell! I do not have time to set up an agreement so this is an absolute no. |
| -Any changes to the commission/s after the approved sketch are subject to an extra charge depending on what the change is. We will speak about the change and I will let you know if they change will cost extra or not. If it does cost extra, you are not to argue against it. |
| -All art has an estimated time of 1 month. Anything that has been owed longer I will have made you aware of what has kept me from completing it and a rush will be placed on it. |
| DESIGNS ! |

| -No gifting, selling, or trading any of my designs to a blacklisted user. They cannot even get my designs through giveaways. |
| -Once you own the character, you can do anything youd like to them. No one is allowed to control what you do to them. But if you turn them into anything that is harmful (anything related to hate towards minorities being one example) you will be blacklisted and the design returns to me. |
| -If a blacklisted user gets one of my designs, the design is returned to the person who had them last and the blacklisted user gets back what they had traded for the design. |
| -If you buy any design, I dont mind you making NSFW of them (long as you are of age). But making any FERAL nsfw will lead to not only a blacklist but also a public beware. |
